1. The Scope of the Warranty

This Limited Warranty is issued by Qreate Inc. It applies only to products purchased directly from the official Qreate website (qreatebikes.com). Products purchased through other sales channels (such as Amazon, offline retailers, etc.) are subject to the warranty policies of those respective platforms or dealers.

C. Wearing parts

Consumables requiring regular maintenance
3 months

Wear and tear of consumable parts requiring regular maintenance (including but not limited to tires, inner tubes, brake pads, cables, housings, grips, chains, spokes, kickstand, pedals, saddles) is subject to expected wear associated with normal use, so Qreate only provides a three-month warranty. Replacement parts can be purchased from a local store or from Qreate.

3. Shipping Damage

In rare cases, items may be damaged during transportation. If your product arrives with shipping damage, please contact the dealer or Qreate promptly and provide clear photos or videos as supporting evidence.

Note: the following situations are considered normal and are not covered by the free replacement or refund policy:

  • Slight damage to the outer packaging
  • Minor scratches or paint chipping on the product
  • Bendable parts bent due to transportation
  • Parts or wear-prone components damaged after a certain period of use

Shipping damage claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The Warranty does not cover the following situations:

  • Failure of consumable or wear-and-tear parts, including but not limited to: brake pads, plastic components, spokes, rims, brake cables, and surface scratches
  • Damaged wires or accessories with visible scratches, cracks, or breakage
  • Malfunctions caused by improper use, including but not limited to: failure to follow the User Manual for use, maintenance or adjustments; unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification; improper use or improper storage
  • Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, or external impact
  • Minor scratches or accessory damage incurred during transportation
  • Repair costs incurred by non-authorised repair centres

5. How to Claim Your Warranty?

All warranty claims must be submitted through Qreate Ebike and sent to contact@qreatebikes.com. Proof of purchase, along with clear photos or videos showing the issue or damage, must be provided with every warranty request.

Before submitting a warranty claim, customers are encouraged to contact Qreate Ebike via contact@qreatebikes.com, as some issues may be resolved with a simple solution that does not require filing a formal claim.

Valid warranty claims submitted within the applicable warranty period will be handled by Qreate Ebike. A refundable deposit is required for the replacement of the LCD display, motor, controller, and/or battery. The deposit will be fully refunded once Qreate Ebike receives the parts that need to be replaced. Qreate Ebike will not replace any parts without prior review of photos or videos showing the damaged product. Customers must submit this evidence by email.

Attention: Qreate Ebike may provide free components or replacement parts under warranty; however, shipping costs are not included, and installation or labor fees are not covered unless expressly authorized by the after-sales team in advance.

Dealer route. Claims are raised by the dealer, but the entitlement belongs to the end customer and runs from their original retail invoice date. Keep the invoice on file — it can be requested at any point during the claim.

Every Qreate bike carries a two-year warranty. This page explains what that covers in practice, and how a dealer claim works.

What is covered

  • Frame — two years against manufacturing defects.
  • Motor, controller and display — two years against manufacturing defects.
  • Battery — two years, subject to the care conditions below.
  • Other components — covered as described in the full warranty terms supplied with each bike.

What is not covered

Normal wear parts (tyres, brake pads, chains, cables), damage from accidents or misuse, water ingress from pressure washing, and faults caused by unauthorised repairs or by fitting non-original electrical components.

Battery care

Battery warranty assumes the pack is charged at least once every three months, stored between 0°C and 25°C, and charged with the supplied charger. A pack left flat for a season is a storage problem, not a manufacturing one.

How a dealer claim works

  1. Diagnose the fault in your workshop and record the frame number and battery serial.
  2. Open a claim through your account manager or the support address below.
  3. We confirm the outcome and ship the replacement part to you.
  4. You complete the repair and invoice the labour per your agreement.

We deal with the dealer, not the end customer. You keep the relationship and the repair work.

Not sure whether it is a warranty case?

File it anyway with the evidence attached — the trade desk would rather triage it than have you delay a customer.
